The Lesson #3 Replacement Kit provides all the materials to replenish the Research Experience laboratory exercise for screening a chemical library.  Materials in this kit are sufficient for 15 teams of two students.

Each kit includes:

1 Bottle of Substrate (60 ml)

1 Bottle of Buffer (60 ml)

1 Bottle of Water (125 ml)

1 Chemical library (20 ml in 12 small jars – 8 tubes of water and 4 tubes of inhibitor)

2 Empty Diluted Enzyme tubes for diluting the lyophilized enzyme concentrate

Three vials of 1.5 ml lyophilized Enzyme Concentrate 

16 vials of 1.5 ml lyophilized PMS/INT/NAD

250 reaction tubes (tall 4 ml plastic tubes) for student groups

15 vials of water (2 ml) for student groups

250 empty reagent vials (2 ml) for student groups

330 Transfer pipettes (for lessons 1, 3, and 5)
