The polypropylene 96 deep-well plates can be used for processing up to 16 samples. The deep well plate locks into place in the IsoPure mini to prevent shifting, even during the highest speeds. These deep well plates can hold anywhere from 50 µl to 1000 µl of sample volume, and there are five additional wells to be used for binding, washing, and eluting steps. Additionally, the plate is made to withstand the heating capabilities of the IsoPure Mini (ambient to 120°C).
