The IsoPure™ Mini is an automated magnetic nanoparticle (MNP) extraction system designed to extract up to 16 samples at a time.  This extraction instrument is ideal for researchers who regularly isolate nucleic acids but do not use 96 well plates.  The IsoPure™ Mini uses the same technology as full size MNP systems, but minaturized in both size and cost.  Samples are loaded into columns 1 and 7 with MNPs while reagents for the extraction process are loaded in parallel to the remaining wells.  The IsoPure™ has temperature control and is programmable using an Andoid operating device.  

Automated extraction with the IsoPure™ Mini has been effectively used for plant nucleic acid purification using a modified Synergy homogenization protocol.  The hybrid protocol provides better yields than leading competitor products at a much lower cost.

The IsoPure™ Mini is an automated magnetic nanoparticle (MNP) extraction system designed to extract up to 16 samples at a time.  The IsoPure™ Mini uses the same technology as full size MNP systems, but minaturized in both size and cost. This machine uses fixed magnetic rods with disposable plastic sleeves to move MNPs between wells. Samples are loaded into columns 1 and 7 while MNPs and reagents for the extraction process are loaded in parallel to the remaining wells.  The IsoPure™ has temperature control and is programmable using any Andoid operating device.
