Each tube is pre-loaded with high-quality grinding media, eliminating the need for manual preparation and reducing variability between samples.

  • Customizable Tube Formats: Available in both skirted (self-standing) and unskirted (conical) microcentrifuge tubes.
  • Precise Media Options: Bead sizes range from 100 µm to 6 mm, and all media is cleaned to remove impurities for consistent performance.
  • Heat Generation Note: All grinding media generate heat during use, choose your media based on sample type and sensitivity.

Tube Types & Treatments:

Acid-Washed Tubes

  • Beads are acid-washed and oven-baked to eliminate contaminants and impurities found in raw materials.
  • Available for all media types except Stainless Steel.

Molecular Biology Grade Tubes

  • Beads undergo acid washing followed by additional processing and aseptic packaged.
  • Certified nucleic acid-free, ideal for sensitive molecular biology applications.
  • Available for Silica and Zirconium (100-800 µm).
